Hi, I'm Bindi.
Let's Talk Travel.

The best trips don't come from a template — they come from truly knowing the person taking them.

About Me

Meet
Me

Hi, I’m Bindi Desai. Born and raised in India, shaped by Chicago’s fast-paced energy, and rooted in Seattle for over a decade, my journey has always been guided by a deep curiosity about the world.

By day, I am a Senior Data Analyst with ten years in tech (currently at F5 Inc., and previously JPMorgan Chase). While my background is in Electronics Engineering and Marketing (MBA, Loyola Chicago), my true passion has always been mapping out journeys. For years, I’ve been the go-to planner for friends and colleagues, losing myself in the details of routing, logistics, and finding the perfect hotel. Where others find travel planning exhausting, I find a puzzle I love to solve.

My love of travel didn't start with a flight — it started with a father who found wonder in every street corner, every local bite, every unplanned turn. I've lived travel in every budget and every form, and that restless curiosity and value-for-money mindset has followed me everywhere. It still shapes every trip I help plan today.

What sets me apart

  • End-to-end planning or just a sounding board — your call.
  • I only recommend places I know personally or have researched deeply.
  • Detail-obsessed — from room category to dinner reservations.
  • I communicate your way — text, call, or whatever's easiest for you.
  • Reachable before, during, and after your trip — not a call center.
  • As an immigrant traveler, I understand Indian passport & visa pain points firsthand.

My Story

Why I
Do This

Travel has changed me deeply. It's broadened how I understand people, cultures, and the world we share. Combine that with a decade of analytical thinking and a genuine love for the planning process — that's what Bespoke Bindi is built on.

I became a Fora Advisor because I don't just want to book your trip — I want to craft something that feels unmistakably like you. Your pace, your people, your kind of meaningful. Because great travel doesn't just take you somewhere. It brings something back.
